The Class

Join Janna in a detailed one-on-one bra-making class in person or online. This class will take you through the key sewing techniques to craft the perfect fitting bra for any size. At the end of the class, you'll leave with the sewing knowledge and by the second class will have a bra that is crafted by you.    

What's Included

Each class includes 3 hours of instruction time, all the patterns and fabrics you'll need to complete your perfect fitting bra during the session. In-person attendees will have everything they need waiting for them when they arrive and virtual attendees will have their kits shipped ahead of time and ready for them to connect live. Additionally, one complimentary post-bra-making class fitting will be given to assist with any adjustments that may need to be made to the bra.  Note: It will take approximately two classes to sew a bra from start to finish. 

Skill Level

This class covers advanced techniques and participants are recommended to have some experience with sewing methods prior to booking this class. For newcomers, we recommend any of the Beginner Friendly Classes. Note: It may take 1 to 3 fittings to achieve the perfect fit of your bra.

  • What You'll Need

    Each class includes all the fabrics, threads, and, patterns to complete the project alongside the instructor. In person bookings have the option to borrow a sewing machine for the class, however virtual students must provide their own.

  • Time and Location

    Easily book your class at checkout. After you book your session we will follow up with additional details like the location for in person classes and the meeting link for virtual classes.

Your Instructor

Janna-Marie is a Hamilton based designer and has been sewing for over 10 years. She has worked in mens formal wear, women's intimates, and high fashion. She excels in designing and producing perfect fit suits for men and custom women's intimates and has designed commercial patterns for manufacturing. Janna-Marie instructs sewing at all levels and works alongside artists and other designers to bring their ideas to life.
