Rescheduling
Classes can be rescheduled free of charge or refunded up to 6 hours before your scheduled time.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the fit isn't right or if your sewing kit is missing components. We will work to quickly rectify the issues for any and all concerns.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on gift cards.
